Many of our sonographers will work at 2-3 clinics within a regional area. We know driving gets expensive, so we offer mileage reimbursements that get lumped in with your paycheck. We even bump up your hourly wage by $2 if you travel 60+ miles outside your normal zone. All you have to do is provide your receipts. And if you’re traveling even further for work (think extended stays and travel gigs), we’ll pick up your expenses there too.

This has been a big topic for BB Imaging this year, and we’re so excited to roll out new programs for our sonographers. We’ve instituted Sonographer Development Leads in every region and updated our annual review process, so managers and team members stay aligned on goals and next steps.
